How do I get an API key?

Great question! It's easy, quick and free.

2. Then create an account on Pexels here
3. Request your API key here

You'll receive your API key immediately. That API key is unique to you and will have default limitations on how many calls you can make. Please note that each user account is assigned one API key only.

Getting Unlimited Calls

For most use cases, the default limit is more than enough. But if you're a high traffic platform, we're happy to lift those limits. Unlimited calls are still completely free, but we do need to verify your use case and review your attribution. You can learn more about getting unlimited calls here.
